Should you need to contact us, our Customer Service Representatives are always prepared to help you with any questions relating to ACN’s mobile service. Simply call 70 30 22 11 (Mon-Fri 08:00–18:00, local rate from fixed lines).  

When calling from outside of Denmark with your mobile dial +45 70 30 22 11*.

In the case of a lost or stolen SIM card, you can contact our Customer Service department on the same number outside of our opening hours to report this via our IVR system.
